- CSAT Automation (Cortex + Tasks): designed and deployed an AI workflow to classify customer feedback into service-quality categories; automated weekly processing and leadership dashboards.
- Support Communications Framework: built an approval/coordination framework for behavior-change releases and critical incident communications across cross-functional teams.
- Red Alerts Dashboard (Streamlit): delivered an internal dashboard to surface low-CSAT patterns, escalations, and reopens for faster intervention.

- IBM–Cloudera B2B case integration: led technical design of an API-based synchronization layer for support workflows and escalations.
